Broadsystem bolsters customer service with Zamiri hire

LONDON - Customer contact and insight specialist Broadsystem has appointed Zhuman Zamiri as customer intelligence consultant.

The firm claims the appointment will strengthen the strategy and planning services it offer clients. Zamiri will work across Broadsystem's client portfolio, helping customers identify gaps in their marketing strategies and improve their communications programmes.

Before joining Broadsystem, he worked in strategy and customer insight roles at a number of companies, including AirMiles, where he led the UK customer database analysis team, Nationwide Building Society and publishing firm Nelson Thornes.

Zamiri will report to Paul Kennedy, Broadsystem's head of professional services, who said: "Our clients are now more than ever demanding more strategic and planning services that can be linked to marketing initiatives in as effective a manner as possible.

"Zhuman's arrival will be crucial in ensuring that clients have the very best advice on how to implement these techniques into their marketing programmes and improve their communication strategies."

In January, Skipton Information Group, the parent company of EuroDirect, Callcredit and Gmap Consulting, bought Broadsystem from News International for an undisclosed sum.
