Take A Break's circulation in the July-December 2007 period was 1,001,003, down by 1.7% period-on-period and down 2.5% year-on-year.
The sector's biggest period-on-period swing was a 13% fall for ACP-NatMags' 2004 launch Real People. On 269,376, the magazine is also down 13.4% year on year.
Bauer's Bella, which was given a makeover during the period involving a higher celebrity count and more youth-focused editorial, also suffered a reverse.
On 221,661, Bella is down 10.4% period on period and down 29.9% year on year.
Also significantly down period on period was News Magazines' Love It!, by 8.3% to 367,199. Its year-on-year performance was down 10%.
IPC had a good period, with its second-placed Chat up 1.5% to 519,413, although it is down 3.4% year on year.
It also stopped the decline at its other classic weeklies, with Woman recording a 0.4% period-on-period rise to 371,351. On a year-on-year basis, it is down 4.5%.
Woman's Weekly had a circulation of 367,073, which was down 0.8% period on period and down 5.2% year on year.
But Women's Own rose 1.3% period on period to 349,164, although it is down 2.1% year-on-year.
IPC's edgy real-life title Pick Me Up, which has been locked in a battle for third place with Bauer's more conservative That's Life, tripped up with a 4.6% period-on-period fall. It is now on 426,327 copies, which is nevertheless up 0.5% year-on-year.
As a result, That's Life reclaimed third place with 459,634 copies after a 3.6% period-on-period rise, though it is down 1.1% year on year.
Lower down the circulation table was DC Thomson's People's Friend on 335,486 copies, down 0.7% period on period and down 3.3% year on year.
ACP-NatMags' Best on 330,770, was down 2.9% period on period and 8.7% year on year.
After Real People and Bella, DC Thomson's My Weekly is on 162,874 copies, down 5% period on period and down 16.8% year-on-year.
Hubert Burda's Full House is on 156,516 copies, up 0.1% period on period and down 13.8% year on year.
DC Thomson's The Lady is on 28,911, down 6.8% period on period and down 8.9% year on year.
