Communications agency Bray Leino has acquired Bristol-based business Brandon Hill after collaborating on a number of government projects. Both agencies are on the government’s £50m Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Event Planning Framework Agreement, which was awarded in June.

Giles Lee, executive chairman of Bray Leino, said: "I am delighted to welcome Ian and the excellent Brandon Hill team to Bray Leino. Together we can focus on further elevating our international strategic events capabilities and our experience in the public sector across the CCS platforms to collectively deliver world class results for our clients."

Ian Muir, chief executive of Brandon Hill, added: "Joining Bray Leino gives Brandon Hill the resources to move our business forward with greater strength. The work we have carried out together has shown that our businesses and our people are a natural fit, which is an exciting prospect for the future."
