Boots overhauls Soltan suncare range

LONDON - Boots has revamped the packaging for its Soltan suncare line of lotions and sprays in preparation for the key summer sales period.

Designed by Dew Gibbons, the look will roll out from the end of this month. Retaining the brand's yellow colour, the packs have had an orange sunshine icon added in a nod to the products' function. An iridescent finish has also been introduced to impart a premium look to the range.

According to a Dew Gibbons spokesman, the work is intended to standardise the packaging, since previously the range had been worked on by a number of agencies.

Dew Gibbons has worked on other Boots brands including Smile dental care and the Annabel Karmel Make Your Own baby food and equipment range.
