The deal involves the selling on of Racing Post and Racing UK's services to five partner bookmakers, Bet 365, Blue Square, Ladbrokes, The Tote and Victor Chandler's VCBet.
The bookmakers, which were selected from a pool of 20 interested firms, will have rights to integrate Racing UK's live footage and Racing Posts' data into their websites. In addition they will have their branding displayed on a joint Racing UK and Racing Post website, to launch next month.
Already Bet365, Blue Square, Ladbrokes and VCBet have begun a trial of the service and it is hoped all five will have fully integrated the service into their sites by next week.
The venture follows a trial partnership in April between Racing UK and Racing Post surrounding the Grand National, which recorded 2.4m page impressions from more than 157,000 unique users.
It is also hoped that a 3G mobile service will be developed by early next year.
Racing UK executive chairman Simon Bazalgette said: "The partnership with the Racing Post is a powerful combination of video and data which will allow horseracing punters to study form, view live races and bet via the internet.
"It demonstrates how horseracing continues to be at the forefront of new technological developments in managing media rights."
