Events planned for the venue have been cancelled and the venue officially closed its doors today (11 January).
Event manager Adam Quigley confirmed the venue’s demise, but said there was no information at present what its future would be.
Rumours have persisted for the last two years that Power could sell the venue to concentrate on his festival business (he is involved in Hop Farm as well as Benicassim) although a sale was denied at the time Power said he was open to offers in 2009.
