Turquoise will evaluate Blinko's current brand positioning and values, along with the needs of core mobile consumers.
A visual audit for the brand will be used as a platform to develop communications to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones.
The consultancy will be aiming to ensure the brand strategy for planned communications across a wide spectrum of countries, including Italy, the US and Australia.

Turquoise has previously worked on other telecom brands including Telenet, Telemig, du, and EIT.
Blinko was launched in September 2005 and is now active in more than 15 countries.
