The portal, which went live on May 27 to coincide with the launch of 'Big Brother 6', features a variety of content from the series as well as ringtones, wallpapers, logos and icons.
The website will also include real-time updates of news, editorial commentary on programmes like 'Big Brother', competitions and voting capabilities from key download categories Buongiorno will provide.
Luca Pagano, Bunongiorno's vice-president UK, said: "Channel 4 is an extremely strong brand with enormous potential to extend its reach on to the mobile internet.
"We believe that Channel 4's content and Buongiorno's expertise and knowledge of the mobile market will prove to be a very powerful combination."
Last year, 'Big Brother' secured more than 5m viewers and a third of all the 15m votes were sent via SMS.
Riccardo Donato, head of mobile business development at Channel 4, said: "Providing innovative mobile content to viewers is a key part of Channel 4's new media strategy."
Buongiourno provides a catalogue of licenced content for 'South Park' cartoon characters, Sony Pictures 'Spiderman 2' and MGM's 'Pink Panther' among others.
