Viewers on tonight's show are set to see Makosi taking ever greater risks in her attempt to provide for the three new housemates, Kinga, Eugene and Orlaith, who were introduced on Friday night after Italian Roberto was evicted in the public vote.
Makosi, who was set the mission after pressing a giant red button saying "do not touch", daringly brushes past Maxwell to steal cider from the diary room.
In scenes recorded from last night, she then takes her booty to the secret housemates and shares the drink with them.
However, when she returns slightly drunk, Maxwell, who was promised the lion's share of the booze after completing mundane tasks such as shelling prawns on his own last week, vents his fury.
With echoes of past series' classic rows, such as last year's argument involving Emma and Victor in which police had to be called in, the house once again descends into insults.
This includes Saskia accusing Makosi of having breath that "smells of dog shit" and being a "selfish bitch" and Craig trading harsh words with Science, who he calls a "moron pig".
Maxwell fumes at Makosi: "It's bang out of order, you've been a silly girl."
While the temperature hots up in the main house, the three secret housemates are blissfully unaware only two will stay in the show. One is set to be evicted this week, but a Channel 4 spokeswoman said the timing and nature of the exit are being kept under wraps.
If Makosi wins her secret mission, which includes keeping Eugene, Orlaith and Kinga's presence a secret, she will be immune from the public vote. However, if she fails she will automatically be up for eviction.
Eugene is described a geeky, friendless virgin; Kinga, a 40FF exhibitionist who could be set to rival Jade; and Orlaith is a Belfast model.
