Featuring live music, body piercing areas, and burlesque performances, Bournemouth Ink will take place in the BIC's Purbeck Hall and Tregonwell Hall.
Around 150 traders will exhibit at the event, which had previously been held at a smaller venue.
"Bournemouth Ink has attracted a devoted following and the event is getting bigger and more diverse. We outgrew our previous venue so needed to find somewhere that could cater for the expected increased footfall and line up of activities. The BIC suited our needs perfectly," said Marketing and Design event director Trevor Hill.
Up to 4,000 visitors are expected to attend each day.
