The venue, a 3,600sqm semi-permanent training space on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, was created by temporary structure business Neptunus and opened in 2010, taking technicians 12 days to build.
It was designed to help leaders and managers experience and understand what it takes to have an engaged workplace, including a number of interactive zones named 'leadershipl, 'personal growth', and 'giving something back'.
Jonathan Austin, founder and chief executive of Best Companies, said: "Our initial intention was to lease the structure from Neptunus for a couple of years. However the building continues to impress our visitors and whilst it has the flexibility to evolve with our changing needs, it was logical to prolong its use."
April Trasler, Neptunus UK managing director, added: "Despite its semi-permanent credentials, the structure looks as good today as when it was first handed over. I’m delighted that Best Companies have realised the benefits of a semi-permanent solution and I’m confident they will continue to do so over in the long-term."
