The Best Companies ‘Art of Engagement' is designed to introduce organisations to ‘workplace engagement' and increase ‘emotional engagement' in the workplace.

To coincide with its tenth birthday, Best Companies wanted a "four month experience set in a purpose built environment designed to encourage leaders and managers to explore their own perceptions of workplace engagement and understand how to best engage their workforce".

The Evolution at the Milton Keynes Bowl was built complete with a glazed front and internal partition walls to section off interactive zones called Leadership, My Manager, My Company, My Team. Fair Deal, Personal Growth, Wellbeing and Giving Something Back.

After the event, the structure is transfering to Quantum Leap Events, which owns Battersea Evolution and will market it as an event space until 2011, when the Art of Engagement event will begin again.
