Snoozebox has won extended planning permission for its portable hotel – which has already been in place at Silverstone for a year – to add a semi-permanent structure comprising a reception, catering and social areas.
Neptunus will provide an 'Evolution' structure with partial mezzanine. This will create a meet-and-greet and café area exclusive to hotel guests, with an exterior terrace providing views of action on the Silverstone track.
All the materials used in the installation have been recycled from Olympic projects.
After the two-year hire period, the temporary structure can be dismantled and returned to hire stock for future resale.
Gary Thomson, Snoozebox chief operating office, said: "The reception and catering facility will help to build a complete Snoozebox experience and we are delighted to be working with Neptunus.
"Neptunus will deliver a quality structure quickly and efficiently, providing our guests with a first class facility. We very much look forward to taking our partnership with Neptunus forward at Silverstone."
