The new gig will take place in Manchester's Heaton Park on the same weekend as its Clapham Common counterpart, from 23-24 July.
The family-friendly event combines ice cream, fairground attractions, and music with previous talent including Florence & The Machine, Scouting For Girls, Marina and the Diamonds, and Doves.
Organisers are hoping each event will attract around 30,000 visitors over the two days.
The brand is also launching Be Herd!, a competition giving unsigned music acts the opportunity to win a performance slot at both the festivals and £1,000 in prize money.
General release tickets will go on sale from 31 May and line-ups are expected to be announced shortly.
