At the Telegraph, Moore had responsibility for digital operations and marketing and oversaw the development of Telegraph.co.uk.

In October, Telegraph Media Group scrapped the roles of marketing director and general manager of digital, held by Barry Flanigan and Mike Moore respectively, as part of a restructure of its marketing and digital departments.

Moore will join Phorm on 1 April and will be responsible for managing the commercial opportunities for Phorm's technology with advertisers and publishers.

Prior to TMG, Moore held interactive marketing and commercial development roles at AOL Europe and America Online.
