BDO Stoy Hayward hires CCB-Profits for DM

LONDON - BDO Stoy Hayward, the accounting firm, has hired CCB-Profits from Data to handle a nationwide direct marketing programme.

CCB will work on all aspects of its DM programme, including data cleansing, enhancement and management; lead distribution; and the coordination of mailing and fulfilment services.

BDO Stoy Hayward already sends newsletters and information to clients and contacts, but said that it needed to manage complex relationships between itself and its clients simultaneously, and to provide the marketing team with information to help it create more targeted campaigns.

Amanda Shuember, BDO Stoy Hayward campaign and data management executive, said: "We have strong brand proposition within our market and we need to maintain our lead by ensuring we identify our clients as individuals and target them with the right information and marketing to meet their specific needs. Also when they contact us by whatever means, we must be able to respond immediately, accurately and effectively."

In May, BDO Stoy Hayward commissioned CCHM to work on visual identity and brand development.
