Adestra will use its web-based Message Focus tool on the account, which relies heavily on email campaigns to generate news and repeat business for its 4,000 products.

Forthcoming DVD releases on the site, which also sells books, magazine subscriptions, audio CDs and toys, include 'As Time Goes By' series eight and the first and second series of Lenny Henry school drama 'Hope and Glory', which are available from May.
