The magazine will feature quizzes based on rounds in the show, interviews and backstage gossip from past and present presenters and guests including Sue Barker, Ally McCoist and Bill Beaumont.
There is also a special tribute to the late 'A Question of Sport' and England captain Emlyn Hughes, who lead a team on the show for six years in the 1980s.
The issue goes on sale on December 10 for £3.95 with a print run of 80,000.
The magazine coincides with the BBC One screening of 'A Question of Sport Christmas Special' and a documentary on the show's history.
Adam Waddell, publisher of A Question of Sport magazine, said: "'A Question of Sport' is one of BBC TV's best loved brands so we've decided to give the audience something extra this Christmas."
