The joint venture participants are TNT, Royal Mail and Singapore Post, and Spring covers Western Europe, Australia, North America, India, Russia and Pacific Rim countries. Spring's core customers are publishing houses, corporate mailers and direct marketing companies.
Base One is to plan and create a global campaign accommodating the needs of local markets, and will also review the company's online strategy.
