Ascot narrowed down its longlist of six agencies to Agency Inc and the Maidenhead-based incumbent ABA.
John Blake, head of sales and marketing, said his in-house team is concentrating on CRM, customer data capture and identifying new prospects. It is focusing its communications on four or five target audiences, for which Agency Inc will develop creative.
He said: "The reasons that we chose Agency Inc were their understanding of the Ascot brand and their creative work that captured the glamour, leisure and sport that a day at Ascot offers."
Agency Inc's work begins next month when group corporate hospitality packages for Royal Ascot go on sale.
