The Group has already set up a dedicated International Projects Division managed by Joe O’Neil to service destinations such as the Middle and Far East.
"It is vital that as a Group we continue to provide the best possible services at the most economic value to our clients," said former vice chair Greg Lawless, who has moved into the position of group CEO to support the development.
"This reorganisation ensures that we do just that whilst at the same time ensuring we capitalise on the prestigious international projects that we have been involved in over the last 18 months," he added.
"Combining resources means we have taken the best practices from both, to further enhance our customers’ experience, and maintain a keen pricing structure that provides best value," commented Muir.
"This was a logical evolution following the success and excellent customer feedback from Arena Group projects such at Ryder Cup, ATP Tennis and Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games. Importantly it also provides a focus on our international capabilities, using our team’s talents and qualifications to the full."
