In the US the brand is offering free delivery when spending over $50 across the site while deals include up to 20% off an iPod touch and a 9% off deal on an Apple TV.
However in the UK the deals are less generous. Free delivery is only available when spending over £75 and UK consumers save only 7% on an iPod Touch and 5% on an Apple TV.
Free delivery is available in both the UK and US when ordering sale products.
UK tech titles have slammed the one-day only sale, which has been billed as a Shopping Event by Apple.
said: "It looks as if Apple's UK Black Friday deals are hardly going to have hordes of us running down to our local Apple Emporium. Apple has discounted a range of iPods and iMac goodies but hardly by much. 10% or so if you’re lucky."
said: "The moment you've all been waiting for? A rather paltry £71 off an iMac or MacBook Pro and just £7 off an iPod and £11 of an iPod Touch… it's a far cry from the initially rumoured 25% off."
However was a little more charitable. It said the Apple's sale was at least better than the Black Friday sale in ran in the UK last year. However it also pointed out that some of the deals were hardly any better than those already available on sites such as Amazon.
Black Friday is the day following the US holiday of Thanksgiving when US shops kick off their Christmas pushes with big discounts to lure in buyers.
