The "who wants to work as part of a small highly motivated team to work on interactive multimedia experiences on the iPhone and iPod Touch".

The successful candidate will be required to have worked on developing at least one AAA gaming title, which is gaming jargon for one of the top tier titles.

This job appears to be focused on developing iPhone apps, but rumours arise periodically that Apple will look at entering the console market. While the iPhone was never intended as a handheld gaming console, some of the most popular apps sold through the iPhone App store are games.

Apple said at the beginning of the month that it has approved 100,000 applications, which have been downloaded more than two billion times by iPhone and iPod Touch users.
