Notley, who was classified ad mangager at Express, will be responsible for heading the site's sales operations including taking the from a London and South East focus to encompass the whole of the UK.
He will manage a team of seven, which there are plans to expand over the coming months.
He joins from Express Newspapers where he was responsible for the entire classified sales strategy programme with an annual budget of £2m.
Prior to this, Notley worked as a field sales executive for the Evening Standard and Top Jobs on the net.
