Lowe, who previously worked as director of meetings and events at Capita Travel and Events, j in January to launch a new venues and events division and was expected to also become a shareholder.
Tim Shepley, chief executive of Bluehat Group said: "It was fun working with Anita Lowe in setting up the new division and we had hoped that she would join the board as a director and shareholder, but people change their minds and we respect that.
"As I understand it, Anita left Bluehat Group with a view to setting up a venue finding company based near her home in Swindon and is looking to work with clients that she has built up a personal relationship with over the years."
Shepley added that BueHat Group has moved its Venues & Events division from Swindon to its London headquarters and also recruited three account managers.
Nathan Burnside joins from Spectrum Events with over six years industry experience and will focus on developing venue relationships. Clare Murrell joins from Cliveden with more than seven years experience to work closely with agency accounts, while Hannah Evans joins from etc Venues and will be working on corporate accounts.
Speaking on the decision to integrate the new Venues & Events division into the London team, Shepley said: "Bringing this service home within the core team will enable us to offer our clients a more integrated events service, which will allow them to benefit from an all-round event solution. The venue is just one element of a live event. It’s the creativity and ideas that produce the most engaging delegate experience and drives event value for clients. There’s no better way to achieving this than having our most creative people working together under the same roof and brainstorming client solutions face to face on a daily basis."
