Lowe has invested in the business, along with Thames Valley Capital. The company's registered name is Venues and Events International and will trade as Venues and Events.
A statement from Venues and Events International said: "In order to facilitate investment into Venues and Events, this will now be taken forward under the ownership of the new investor and Anita. This will allow Bluehat to work on its core teambuilding and still maintain the close relationship with the venue finding and events area within our industry."

Lowe told Event: "This is a positive step forward. We have secured the appointment of Bluehat's Swindon-based staff and we look forward to continuing to service our clients and building the business."
This morning, Tim Shepley, chief executive of Bluehat Group, said: "It was fun working with Anita Lowe in setting up the new division and we had hoped that she would join the board as a director and shareholder, but people change their minds and we respect that."
