Analytics company Nedstat snapped up by ComScore for $36m

Online measurement firm ComScore has bought Amsterdam-based analytics business Nedstat in a deal valued at $36.7m.

Nedstat's SiteStat web measurement product is used by thousands of sites, and the US-based ComScore will use it to help drive its European expansion and strength its catchily named "Unified Digital Measurement platform".
