LONDON - The Alzheimer's Society will launch its first awareness-raising TV ad later this week.

The ad, created by Red Bee Media, airs from 19 March and focuses on how women spend thousands of pounds on beauty products during their lifetime but rarely consider the implications of ageing on the ‘inside'.

The campaign adopts the style of a traditional beauty product ad and informs viewers that one in three people will die with dementia.
