Informa DQS dynamically serves questions so that interactions with known customers can be used to deliver new information.
The organisation using the software can define how many questions they wanted served and in what order. The software then ensures that questions that have answers stored in the database are not repeated.
Alchemetrics says this will avoid annoying customers by asking the same thing repeatedly.
Francis Wallinger, managing director of Alchemetrics, said: "Plugging the gaps in a marketing database whilst simultaneously gathering new, bespoke, information is a simple enough premise, few brands have been able to convert this into a workable ongoing process.
"Informa DQS, because of its flexibility and simplicity, will provide users with a unique opportunity to engage with customers in a no-obtrusive way whilst at the same time providing access to almost limitless new data possibilities."
