This incorporates b2b, financial, telecoms, transport and utilities research which will be merged into Synovate Germany.
The £3.7m RBMR price tag is payable over three years subject to rigorous performance criteria.

"RBMR comes with a reputation for high quality research. It fits well with Synovate's existing German business, and will broaden both our client base and the services we offer them."
RBMR has offices in Munich and Hamburg and employs 35 staff.
Harald Hasselman, RBMR' s managing director, will take over the running of Synovate in Germany while current head Martin Wegner takes up a consultancy role for Synovate in Europe following the handover.
