
Goddard is chairman of Ocean Outdoor and deputy chairman of Amscreen. He said Adlux, which provides media platforms at private jet airports, has "ambitious objectives".
He said: "I'm excited to be joining Adlux at this point in the company's development, and working with its first-class team of experienced, dedicated senior professionals."
Sales subsidiary 7 Heaven Media has also been integrated into the Adlux Group, as part of a review by Goddard.
The company has also restructured its senior management team, appointing 7 Heaven Media managing director Danielle Klein as global sales director.
Also joining the executive board are: Kate Hawkins, the former JC Decaux Airport development and operations director who joins the business as operations director; and Lisa Rokny, the former CBS Outdoor Digital head of creative and development, who takes up the newly created group position of commercial partnerships director.
The new line up also includes Mike Croft, creative and content director, Moshe Vaizman, development director, and Sookra Raveendran, finance director.
