The two agencies earned six nominations between them, with Adam & Eve/DDB earning four entries on the shortlist. No other agencies were shortlisted.

Two of Adam & Eve/DDB’s shortlisted entries are for Harvey Nichols: one for "Shoplifters" (above), its online ad using real CCTV footage of store thieves; and another for "Bo Gilbert – the 100-year-old model", a print campaign for the 100th anniversary of Vogue UK.

John Lewis’ 2015 Christmas campaign, "The man on the moon", is also in the running in the Retail and Restaurants category for Adam & Eve/DDB, as is "Becoming Beckham", its film for H&M starring David Beckham and American comedian Kevin Hart.

AMV BDDO earned a place on the shortlist for "Mog’s calamity" (above), its latest Christmas campaign for Sainsbury’s. The agency was also shortlisted four times for "Spare the act", its Christmas campaign for Currys PC World in which celebrities like Jeff Goldblum coach ordinary people on how to react to receiving gifts (below).

Each year the ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 Big Awards celebrates the best of British creativity in advertising by agencies and their clients.

Judging is taking place this week and the winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in London on Wednesday, 19 October.
