The Arena and Convention Centre (ACC) Liverpool has announced bookings ahead of its opening in 2008.
Conferences and events at the 拢146m venue include the British Association of Dermatologists from 1-4 July 2009, the British Equine Veterinary Association from 11-13 September 2008, and the British Society of Interventional Radiology from 5鈥7 November 2008.
ACC Liverpool chief executive Bob Prattey said: 鈥淭he team at ACC Liverpool has been delighted with the response from event organisers. We are also talking to a number of exhibition organisers looking to hold exhibitions in Liverpool for the first time, as to date there has been no large exhibition facility in the city.鈥The venue features an auditorium with a capacity for 1,350, a 3,600sqm multi-purpose hall, and 7,000sqm of exhibition space.
