It is the first product to be developed by the company outside its Abacus Alliance mail order data pool, and will be a separate offer.
A range of publishers accounting for more than 300 titles have signed up to contribute data, which will be updated on a weekly basis.
Subscribers are grouped into magazine categories including gaming, sport, male interests, motoring, technology, boating and women's interest.
Andy McDermott, managing director of Abacus UK, said: "Although the Publishing DataFile represents a new venture for Abacus it has been constructed using our traditional skills of developing cooperative databases and employs tried and tested modelling techniques."
