Nuts readers have already been able to vote on the quality of women's physiques via still photographs on its established website , but the mobile service will allow them to see, and for women to submit, new videos.
Initially available on 3's network, users can video call 82112 to view and vote, and 82113 to submit their own clips. It uses video short code technology from 3G specialist SceneWorx.
Miles Ross, IPC Media's new head of mobile, said: "The 3G market has come of age this year with a profitable critical mass and demanding user base. This service really delivers what our loyal and entertainment-hungry Nuts readership wants: fun, simple and interactive services. It marks the first of many possible applications for IPC Media brands on 3G technology."
In addition, the Nuts has had an overhaul, following IPC Ignite's investment in NME.com earlier this year.
The redesigned site has been endowed with new sections, including a message board for readers, pictures and videos of girls, a wide range of free games, and a quick guide to what's hot each in week in DVDs, music, movies and games.
