The renewed contract, which the company said was worth a "significant sum", is for venue sourcing, payment solutions and online meeting services, for which Zibrant will use ZAPP – the agency’s online booking platform.
Allison Webb, procurement category manager at Centrica, said: "We went out to tender with an open mind, conducted a thorough marketing analysis and solicited a request for proposal.
"Ultimately Zibrant was found to be the most fitting provider for Centrica and we are delighted with this decision."
Fay Sharpe, managing director at Zibrant, said: "The Centrica account management and operations teams have worked hard to produce innovative and creative solutions for the client.
"We are delighted to have been awarded this contract."
