
Canapes at the famous jewellery store included cornets of 28-day aged beef carpaccio with truffled artichoke puree, rocket and parmesan and balsamic roast figs and gorgonzola on fig and rosemary risotto cake.
To complement the motifs in Chapman's collection, Zafferano decorated the canapé trays with peacock feathers, black and purple plumes, twists of ribbon and tiny glittered birds.
