LONDON (Brand Republic) - A French court is to rule today on whether Yahoo! should be fined for not blocking French users from accessing Nazi memorabilia sites.
Yahoo! could be fined up to $90,000 a day for failing to comply with a French ban on the exhibition, sale and trading of items that glorify the Nazi regime.
Yahoo! says that it did not have the technology to track which countries its users were from.
