The duo are known for their strange antics, with Eggsy listing his downtime interests as dressing as a television detective, while Rhys sees himself as an inventor. Their previous work includes 'The Beer Caddy' and the 'Shitbag 2000'.
The DJ line-up will also include Colin Francies, frontman of Cardiff indie band The New 1920. He will be on air between 7pm and 10pm Monday to Thursday on the 'Music:Response' show. Francies will be joined by ex-Stereophonics drummer and presenter Stuart Cable, who will take over for two shows every weekend.
The weekend line-up will also include 'Dirty Sanchez' stars Lee Dainton and Matthew Pritchard, who will offer rock music and "crazy stunts".
Justin Waite, also known as Welshy, is returning to Wales after working on Capital's Johnny Vaughan show for the last two and a half years, to complete the weekend line-up.
DJ Eddy Temple-Morris will host his Xfm show 'The Remix' every Friday night, with dance remixes of indie and rock hits and the strapline: "Where dance rocks".
Nick Davidson, Xfm network managing director, said: "There are so many personalities on one schedule and I for one just can't wait to tune in and listen. We still have more to announce including the all-important breakfast show so keep your ears to the ground."
Xfm South Wales will launch on November 29.
