WWAV has held the Cancer Research DM account since 2001 and has strengthened its grip on the business, adding its TV creative account earlier this year.
Duncan Bell, head of legacy marketing at Cancer Research, said: "Legacies are a vital form of funding for many charities and we are no different -- we depend on them for nearly half of our income. It is therefore vital that we do all we can to optimise this particular source of funding and thus help sustain and improve the vital work we do."
The appointment marks an about face by the charity, which initially said it was seeking an ad agency for the work, primarily with experience in marketing to the over 70s.
