In leaving WWAV after almost 10 years, Money rejoins former creative and planning colleagues Maria Phillips and Tod Norman. This team was responsible for award-winning work for NSPCC and Cancer Research UK while at the Omnicom agency.
WPN has already notched up 30 DRTV commercials in its first three years of operation, including work for Picture Financial, ActionAid and British Red Cross.
It is now establishing its own production facility at its Gresse Street, Fitzrovia, offices, which together with Money's hiring means the agency will be able to provide a level of DRTV account-servicing unavailable elsewhere, according to managing director John Watson.
Watson said: "WPN is growing at a fierce rate and our DRTV offering is increasingly called upon by clients who want us to create an end-to-end campaign for them.
"However, we are also often called upon to develop projects for clients alongside other agencies who have lesser experience in the field."
WWAV handed the running of its seven-strong in-house TV production department to its European creative director Ian Haworth when Money left last August. A WWAV spokesman said Money was not put on gardening leave.
