Women's Aid "look at me" by WCRS

It is International Women’s Day on 8 March and, to mark the occasion, Women’s Aid and WCRS have produced an outdoor campaign shot by Rankin to help fight domestic violence. Today (5 March), digital screens will go live in London’s Canary Wharf showing a woman with a battered and bruised face. The billboards are equipped with facial-recognition technology and the more people look at them, the more the woman’s wounds heal. The concept was awarded first prize in the Interactive category in Ocean Outdoor’s The Art of Outdoor digital competition in 2014. The work was created by Mike Whiteside and Ben Robinson.
