Nokia: Essence and Mindshare will handle its global media
Nokia: Essence and Mindshare will handle its global media

HMD Global, the owner of Nokia, has hired Essence and Mindshare to its £80m global media account. Nokia previously worked with Dentsu Aegis (when the brand was part of Microsoft). 

Mondelez International has picked Ogilvy & Mather London for its Halls ad account across Europe. Wieden & Kennedy handles the global account, having won it in 2013, but did not pitch for the European business.

Qatar Financial Centre has appointed J Walter Thompson London to handle its global integrated ad business after a competitive pitch. JWT will be responsible for brand positioning and creative, with a focus on digital and social media.

Arthur London has been appointed by Silent Pool Distillers as its first creative agency, working across their portfolio of spirits and liqueurs. The agency’s first task is to develop an advertising campaign for the company’s flagship brand, Silent Pool Gin.

Scotland's oldest retailer, Johnstons of Elgin has appointed QueryClick as its first digital marketing agency. QueryClick has been tasked with delivering a range of paid and organic digital activity, including paid search, programmatic and SEO.
