The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has expanded its relationship with Lida, as it aims to position its customers at the centre of all of its communications. The M&C Saatchi digital and direct agency already handled direct marketing and CRM for RBS Group’s Private Banking arm. Costa has appointed 101 to handle an advertising project for the brand after competitive pitch. A spokesperson for Costa said: "We can confirm that 101 London have been appointed to work on the brand-led creative campaign for our September activation in the UK&I." The Costa spokesperson added that the appointment did not affect Karmarama’s standing as the brand’s lead creative agency.
Karmarama fought off three rivals to become lead UK creative agency for takeaway business Just Eat. The shop beat WCRS and TBWA, while incumbent Red Brick Road didn't take part in the pitch. Pernod Ricard UK, which owns Absolut Vodka and Jacobs Creek, has appointed MRM Meteorite to handle data and digital experience work following a competitive pitch process. The agency will work across all of the company’s wine and spirits brands, including Chivas Regal, Havana Club and Jameson. The pitch was handled by ISBA.
