Wins this week: Carabao, Siemens, Glenmorangie

Carabao, South-East Asia's fastest growing energy drink, has picked Quiet Storm to lead its UK advertising as it gears up to launch an eight-figure UK marketing campaign and two new three-year partnerships with football clubs Chelsea and Reading.

The advertising launch will be part of an integrated campaign spanning advertising, sport sponsorship, PR and digital. The multi-million pound Chelsea deal, which begins this summer ahead of the 2016-17 Premier League campaign, sees Carabao become a principal commercial sponsor of the club, as well as official training-wear partner, for the next three seasons.

Alzheimer's Society, the dementia support and research charity, has appointed McCann Worldgroup to handle an integrated brief as it seeks to build the society's brand and increase funds. Read more on this story. 

R/GA London has been named lead agency by Siemens to co-create its global employer rebranding strategy and activation.

Glenmorangie has appointed Droga5 London to handle its global creative account as part of a brand repositioning aimed at linking the whisky to "today’s culture". Read more on this story.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity has hired Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO to create a new campaign. Richard Bowyer, director of brand marketing at the charity, says it will "aim to raise awareness of the impact the hospital can have on the lives of patients and how important the support of the public is to achieving this".

John Ayling & Associates has been appointed by Battersea Dogs & Cats Home following a competitive pitch.  The focus will be on DRTV with a remit to improve, develop and grow this channel for Battersea. The agency has also been appointed to handle media planning and buying for World Animal Protection following a competitive pitch; the incumbent was MC&C.

Home has been appointed by healthy foods startup BOL Foods as its lead agency to handle its integrated marketing activity. In a bid to drive its next stage of growth, the brief will see Home deliver both media planning and buying, advertising, digital marketing and brand development. BOL Foods, which launched last year, has ambitions to become a £50m business within four years.

New West End Company, which represents shops on Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, has hired marketing and representation agency Wasserman as it seeks to reposition itself as an unrivalled shopping destination. Read more about this story.
