The pair will judge the interactive awards along with 14 other digital creatives from around the world, headed by jury president Bob Greenberg, chairman, CEO and chief creative officer of R/GA.
Milliship is executive creative director for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Wunderman Interactive and also sits on the agency's alliance with sister WPP Group agency Young & Rubicam.
Williams holds the role of interactive creative director at Publicis Dialogue and has created award-winning campaigns for clients including the DePaul Trust, as well as work on Renault and Camelot.
Greenberg founded R/GA, which has offices in New York and Los Angeles, was founded with his brother in 1977, bringing together print and television ad production along with feature film production under the one roof. The agency has created visual effects for 4,000 television ads, 400 feature films, and created more than 900 interactive applications.
The interactive awards will be announced on June 23 as part of the Cannes International Advertising Festival.
