
Laird, who joins the company from London’s Southbank Centre where she was head of visitor experience sales, has been tasked to establish new global licensees, manage relationships with existing licensees and franchisees and will look to grow opportunities for the company outside of its traditional corporate market.
Prior to her role at the Southbank Centre, Laird held a number of commercial positions within Merlin Entertainments across the company’s portfolio.
, said there are huge opportunities within partnerships for the company and, as a result, felt it warranted a dedicated resource to grow it significantly. He added: "I have known Stephanie for about four years from when she worked at Chessington World of Adventures and she brings with her a huge amount of experience within B2C and B2B.
"I know she will make the most of all the opportunities that are out there and it’s great to have her on board."
Laird said: "I’ve kept an eye on Wildgoose and its success over the years. I heard from Jonny recently who said the company had a new role that he thought I’d be interested in and it felt like the right time for me to grab a new opportunity.
"I’m very excited at the prospect of expanding our global licensees and partnerships as well as maintaining the relationships we already have. It’s great to be part of the company’s growing success."
