The 12-window display, which will run until the end of February, was created, designed and produced by Elemental Design to showcase 34 of the retailer's health food products.
Elemental Design, which also handles work for Selfridges, House of Fraser and Harrods, said the client had identified "healthy store cupboard basics" that it wanted to promote around the idea of a shopping list.
The design work is being supported by recipe articles using Whole Foods Market products, which will feature in the retailer's customer magazine.
Christine Brickman, consulting creative director at Elemental Design, said: "The client supplied us with a list of 34 healthy items which they wanted to promote in their January 2008 windows.
"These items are identified as healthy store cupboard basics, and the Whole Foods Market in-store magazine will back up the list with recipe suggestions for a healthy lifestyle."
