Wheel appoints TMG's Gill to head up design team

LONDON - Simon Gill, former head of design at digital agency TMG, has been appointed by Wheel as its head of design overseeing the six-man web development team responsible for visual design.

At TMG, Gill developed a number of award-winning sites, including the Home Office and ReedSmith.

He is widely regarded as a pioneer of design techniques for large-scale, complex projects.

During his career, Gill has led design teams on clients including Apple, Unilever and Cisco.

Prior to TMG, Gill held positions at Perception/DM, SmartAxis BV and BBDP.
