
The final 18 acts, which include a mix of pop singers, rappers and folk groups will be put in front of a panel of judges between 12pm and 5.30pm.
The winning act will land a host of music prizes, including a London Underground busking licence, music equipment, training and support to help them develop their musical careers.
More than 1,000 young Londoners aged between 11 and 25 applied for the competition – part the Mayor of London’s Presents events summer programme and a highlight of the celebration for the Paralympic Games.
Past winners of the competition include Jamie West and Robbie Boyd who have both performed at gigs across the UK.
